Terms and Conditions

Once the payment is paid, It cannot be refunded under any circumstanstances.
The complete payment should be done before the function date. If the balance payment is not done, Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn won’t be providing any services and no refunds of any advance payment will be provided and the venue must be vacated immediately.
We do not provide any refunds of the paid amount in case of cancellation of the function by the client.
Postponing function date is not allowed under any under any circumstanstances.
All parked vehicles and the valuables of the clients and their guests will be the responsibility of the client. Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn is not liable of any damages, theft, losses caused.
Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn will not be responsible for any losses due to natural causes like rains, thunderstorm, etc which is not in the control of the management.
Any damages occurred to the property and premises of Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn ,by the clients or any of their guests or their hired agents will be completely compensated by the client.
If any function requires a permission/permit from the authorities, it is the responsibility of the client to obtain such permission/ permits. Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn will not be responsible for any breach of the law.
Outside venue decorators is not allowed at Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn. The clients are required to use the one allocated by Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn.
The clients and their guests should vacate the premises of Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn after their allocated time is over. If the client and guests stay beyond their allocated time, the client would be charged Rs. 50,000 per hour.
Clients are not allowed to bring any outside catering services or outside food and should use only the ones provided by Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn.
If in case any outside photographer, videographer , other than the one allocated by Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn are used, then a venue charge of Rs 3000 will be applied.
If Electricity Generator is switched on or used or operated under any circumstance, then a generator charged of minimum Rs 1000 per hour will be applied.
All the lights, fans, other electrical equipment in the premises of Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn will be switched off at 10pm. The catering services will also be stopped at 10pm. If the client and their guests stay beyond 10pm then they would be charged Rs. 50,000 per hour.
Consumption of Cigarette, Tobacco, alcohol, narcotic any other illegal substances is not allowed in the premises of Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn.
Only vegetarian food will be served at the premises of Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn.
Spitting is strictly prohibited on the premises of Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn. If any violation of this occurs will be fined Rs. 1000 per incident.
All the garbage should be thrown in the garbage bins only. The clients should take precautions that they and their guest maintain cleanliness in the premises of Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn. If this is not followed, then extra cleanliness charges of Rs 10,000 /- per event will be charged.
Clients and their guest should only use the rooms allocated to them. Entry into another room or any other part of premises is strictly prohibited.
GST or any other taxes will be charged extra as per applicable government laws.
Clients should make arrangement to bring their own lock and keys for the rooms. Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn does not provide lock and keys for rooms.
In case of Lawn is not booked and paid for by the client, usage of Lawn by the client and their guests is prohibited. In such situation, If the client and their guests wish to take pictures, videos on Lawn, it will be charged Rs 1000 per hour per person who wishes to do photography, videography.
Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn reserves the right to change the service provided, modify the price for services, whenever it is deemed necessary, without any obligations.
For overnight stay, the Cygnus 2 hall will be provided from 10pm to 6am only. After 6am in the morning, the clients and their guests should vacate the hall immediately, otherwise Rs. 10000 per hour will be charged for any usage of the hall beyond 6am.
Any rituals such as होम, हवन, etc or any other rituals related to fire and smoke should be done in the outer part of the hall only. The indoor hall should not be used for such rituals under any circumstances.
Using your own decorators and applying your own decoration (like cello tape, double sided tape, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Usage of any sort of fireworks, cold fireworks, electric fireworks, DJ, varat, ढोल ताशे, वाजंत्री, Dandiya is strictly prohibited in the premises of Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn.
Valet Parking will be charged extra if provided.
Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawn reserves the right to change the above written term and conditions anytime without any formal notice.
This agreement, and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to this agreement or its formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the respective laws under the jurisdiction of Pune Court.

We employ the use of SMS to provide notification. By booking Cygnus Hall and Sinori Lawns, you agree to use receive SMS for notifications.

SMS will be of transactional nature, where in we would send you Invoice Details, Balance details and Payment details regarding the services which you have agreed upon while booking the venue.
